PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE INFINITE RETRY LABS, INC DIGITAL DOWNLOADS. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THESE DIGITAL PRODUCTS, YOU ("YOU" OR "USER") AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE FILES.
1. Grant of License
Infinite Retry Labs, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, reproduce, and use the Digital Downloads solely for:
Single-Classroom Use by one teacher with their own students, OR
Personal Family Use within one household.
This license is for educational, non-commercial use only.
2. Restrictions
You shall not:
* Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Digital Downloads beyond your own classroom or family.
* Upload or post the Digital Downloads to any public websites or file-sharing platforms, beyond posting on personal social media.
* Modify the Digital Downloads for redistribution, resale, or inclusion in other products without written permission.
* Transfer the license to another teacher, school, or family.
3. Intellectual Property
All Digital Downloads and their contents are owned by Infinite Retry Labs, Inc. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not transfer ownership of any rights.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Digital Downloads are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Infinite Retry Labs, Inc. does not warrant that the materials are error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Infinite Retry Labs, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Digital Downloads.
6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Infinite Retry Labs, Inc. may revoke this license at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy copies of the Digital Downloads.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts.
