General Questions about Infinite Retry Labs
Q: Why did you decide to form this company?
A: We're passionate about addressing critical challenges by serving a deeply underserved audience through the intersection of earth observability, space innovation, and edtech. As parents, we've frequently been frustrated by the lack of quality, kid-focused apps out there that feel like healthier alternatives to the ad-ridden, brain rotting AI slop content reaching our littlest folks online.
Our approach is deeply inspired by the media we grew up with. We are guided by the empathy, compassion, and quiet inquiry of Mr. Rogers, the revolutionary spirit of early Sesame Street, and Hayao Miyazaki's willingness to explore complex topics around humanity and the environment with children. These creators, who were staples of our youth, have profoundly influenced our parenting styles and our mission to create a truly meaningful and enriching platform for the next generation.
Q: Do kids really help build IRL products and services?
A: Yup! We involve kids in every part of the planning and development process. They give ideas, help us with product discovery, provide critical feedback about what we build (and don't build) and help us develop and test IRL ideas.
As an example, our robot mascot ELI was designed with tons of input and iteration involving our children. They help decide what the robot companion can and cannot do, what its personality is like, and even what its favorite color is. When we need direction, their opinions on design matter most to us.
Q: Where are you based?
A: We are headquartered in the United States.
